The Office of the Vice-rector is responsible for the Postgraduate, Doctoral and Lifelong Learning School. It is entrusted with monitoring, changing and accrediting master’s degrees and doctorates, guaranteeing the quality of teaching on postgraduate programmes, and managing the core curriculum, general credits, and grants for unemployed graduates.

It is also responsible for postgraduate student recruitment programmes in conjunction with the Office of the Vice-rector for International Relations, and their reception at the URV. The recruitment includes advertising and promoting the URV at exhibitions and trade fairs in conjunction with the Office of the Vice-rector for Students and the University Community.
