The Observatory for Equality is responsible for implementing measures designed to guarantee the effective equality of men and women at the University. Its aim is to encourage reflection throughout the university community on existing inequalities for reasons of gender, in teaching, research and management.
The rector’s delegate for gender issues is entrusted with diagnosing the inequalities between men and women, collecting and analyzing information on equality for reasons of gender, monitoring the situation within the URV, and promoting teaching and research in gender studies.
