General registry
The URV General Registry is an administrative unit that depends on the General Secretariat.
It allows citizens to exercise their rights and interests and helps to improve the order and efficiency of administrative procedures and the general activity of the URV.
Its objective is to provide a system that monitors and guarantees the documents that are presented to the URV and the URV’s own official documents that are sent to other institutions or individuals.
The Rovira i Virgili University has a single, automated and decentralized general registry for all its organs, services and administrative units. Therefore, the validity of its decisions is the same whether they are taken by the General Registry unit or any of the ancilliary registries.
