BEYOND FOOD, SL
This initiative won the third Reus Awards for Business Creation (2005). It aims to develop technologically advanced healthy foods. This means thoroughly analyzing the nutritional profile of food, taking into account all the ingredients and the alimentary matrix, which is the principal structure.
Consequently, the company provides assessment and applied research to the food industry, both in order to improve already existing products and to design new ones.
It is currently working for the companies Emilio Miró Salvat, SA. and Laboratorios Ordesa, SA.
