University Master's Degrees

Compulsory student mobility: mobility is not required to obtain URV´s official master´s degree, but, it is so to obtain the interuniversity master´s degree.
The Master's degree, named Mundusfor (http://www.ugr.es/~mundusfor/), aims to provide students with the instruments, competencies and skills required for them to be able to carry out training in the field of education or in companies. The course is designed, on the one hand, for trainers with specific educational functions –teaching courses– and, on the other, for educational professionals who have responsibilities for managing and coordinating programmes and training courses, consultancy, research and evaluation.
The competencies acquired will be the following:
- To reflect on the concept and theory of the role of educator training in Europe and society in general, and on contemporary problems in particular, and to provide new theoretical references from pedagogical wisdom.
- To design and develop research projects that have arisen from a variety of fields and their problems
- To direct and manage educational organizations, services or equipment, and specialized departments by coordinating their members, designing projects, programming activities, and setting up, taking part in, supervising and evaluating work teams.
- To design, apply and evaluate strategies of educational intervention that are appropriate to individual, social and regional realities by analyzing the social, educational, political and working context.
- To provide pedagogical consultancy in several areas: individual, group and institutional.
