    • DNI (Spanish identity card - Spanish citizens only): do not enter the final letter
    • NIE (Spanish identity card for foreigners): all letters and numbers
    • Passport (including letter/s)
    • Identity document (only EU citizens)

    • 1st call for Applications (Erasmus Mundus scholarships): from 12 December 2023 to 1 February 2024
    • 2nd call for Applications (non-scholarship holders): from 16 April to 16 May 2024

    PROCEDURE STEP-BY-STEP

    1. Fill up the online application form.

    2. Once this first step is done, candidates receive an automatic message in which they are provided further instructions on how to access the Document Manager where all documentation indicated on the programme website must be uploaded. It is recommended to send a unique PDF for each document and name the files as instructed below. Please note that in case all required documentation is not provided the application will not be completed successfully and, as a consequence, it will not be considered for evaluation.

    3. Candidates admitted in the 2nd call for applications (non-scholarship) have to pay a deposit of 400 EUR to guarantee their place in the programme. Detailed instructions on how to formalize this payment shall be provided in due course.
