The URV International Center is the one-stop shop for international students. Come and visit us when you arrive!

Language Service
The URV's Language Service can help you:
- Free Catalan courses and Spanish courses at reduced fares for international students.
- Other languages courses: English, Italian, French and Chinese.
The Language Service is located in the Campus Catalunya in Tarragona but the language courses are taught in different locations of the URV campuses.

The OFES offers the following services:
Libraries and CRAI (Learning and Research Resource Centre)
What is the CRAI?
A common place for all those services provided by the university that support learning, teaching and research and are related to information and ICT.
The CRAI services are:
- Library and Documentation Service
- Student Information Centre
- Educational Resources Service
- Institute of Education Sciences
- Language Service
- Computer and IT Service
The URV has libraries on all its campuses which provide resources for learning, teaching and research. Some of the services they offer are:
- Library loan. You can borrow nearly all the material that there is on display in the library. Anything you borrow must be returned within 7 days if you are an undergraduate student and within 30 days if you are a postgraduate. If nobody reserves the same document while it is out on loan, you can renew it by Internet or by phone.
- Self-service borrowing. You can use the machines in the library to take out books quickly and without queues.
- Laptop loan. You can borrow a laptop and use it for three hours in the library.
- Loan of Group Work Rooms. You can use a small room in the Library/CRAI for group study or work.
- E-reader loan.
- Access to electronic resources/publications, scientific journals, etc. to which the URV is subscribed, both internal and external to the university's computer network.
- Access to WIFI networks.
- Photocopiers: the libraries will supply you with a rechargeable card so that you can make copies of documents by yourself.
Opening times
The libraries/CRAI open all day from Monday to Friday and most of them also open at the weekends. Also, during exam periods, opening hours are extended in order to cope with the increased student demand as a result of the student's extra work.
