GENERAL APPLICATION


Application procedures:
Who:	The interested party.
Where:	The secretariat of the faculty/school where the course is being held. Should the faculty/school not be authorized to decide, the application shall be forwarded to the competent body.
When:	Whenever the interested party should decide to do so, as long as there is no set deadline.
How:	By presenting the following documentation: Application addressed to the head of the secretariat who, if appropriate, will send it to the dean or the director of the faculty or school. Whatever documentation that is deemed appropriate to the application that is being made.


Resolution of the application:
Who:	The authorized body.
When:	As soon as possible.
How:	The way in which the interested party is notified will depend on the nature of the application.
