GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS



Presentation of applications

The models of the applications can be found on the website and should be presented to the secretariat of the faculty/school or other unit that is responsible for the administrative procedure:

  • Personally
  • Through a legal representative
  • Through a duly authorized person
  • By ordinary post
  • By fax, although the original must also be sent subsequently

Deciding applications

The procedure establishes that the decision on the application will be communicated:

  • Whenever possible at the moment the application is made or, at the latest, five days after making the application and presenting all the documentation (if appropriate)
  • At the latest, one month after making the application and presenting all the documentation (if appropriate)
  • On the faculty/school's notice board
  • To the student at the address on the official application, by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt

For those applications involving official documents and the payment of an issuance fee, the secretary shall provide the interested party with the corresponding receipt at the moment the official application form is presented, which must be paid in cash at a bank.

Notification

The document shall be given to:

  • The interested party, who must present his/her identity card (or similar document) and the receipt showing that the fee has been paid
  • A representative of the interested party
  • A duly authorized person
  • By registered post and acknowledgement of receipt if this has been expressly requested by the interested party and only once proof has been provided that the issuance fee has been paid.
