Doctoral evaluation

Doctoral student activities document - DAD (doctoral studies RD 99/2011)

The doctoral students have done the registration they can access to the customised document of activities.

In this document, the doctoral student will record all relevant activities to the development of doctoral studies in accordance with the planned by the Academic committee of the doctorate programme.

Annual evaluation (doctoral studies RD 99/2011):

Students registered during the ordinary period (1st and 2nd phase)

The first exam session is in April 2017 and the second exam session is in July 2017. The academic committee of the doctoral programme will evaluate each doctoral student. The evaluation will be based on:
– The research plan.
– The doctoral student activities document.
– The thesis supervisor's and thesis tutor's reports, if appropriate.

Students must receive a favourable evaluation in order to continue on the doctoral programme and register for the following year.

If they receive a negative evaluation, they must be examined again during the second exam session. They must create a new research plan for this exam session.

Students registered during the extraordinary period

The exam sessions for these students will be:

  • 1st exam session  → July 2017

  • 2nd exam session  → September 2017
