Documentation to provide by students from second year
Second year students who register directly from outside the URV's premises should not have to present any documentation, unless in these cases:
- They must present a direct debit order (SEPA document) signed by the account holder if there is a change to their bank account details.
They must present the necessary accrediting documentation if they are eligible for a reduction in registration fees they are eligible for a reduction but have never presented the documentation (e.g. students who did not have a large family during the 2014-15 academic year but do have one in the 2015-16 academic year).
- They must also present the necessary accrediting documentation if they are eligible for a reduction in registration fees, and they have provided this documentation but it is no longer valid (remember that you can access your financial record and check the validity of your accrediting documentation for the discounts applicable to your registration).
This documentation must be submitted to the Secretary's Office of your Faculty/School; remember that you do not have to wait until you register to submit the documentation, you can do it beforehand.
We also remind you that to qualify as a graduate you must also demonstrate that you have an intermediate command of a foreign language:
♦ Students who started in 2013-14 or before. Level B1 in English, French, German, Italian or Portuguese.
♦ Students who started in 2014-15 or after. Level B2 in English, French, German or Italian.
