Full annulment of registration due to death of the student

 

Application procedure

Who

Immediate family or legal representative.

Where

Secretary's Office of Faculty or School/Campus Secretariat where the course is taught.

When

From the moment in which the death becomes known during the academic year.

How

By presenting the following documentation:

Observations

The university will automatically take the necessary steps as soon as it learns of the death of a student for whatever reason.

 

Resolution of the application

Who

Head of the Secretary's Office of the Faculty/School.  

When

Within one month of learning of the death and of receiving the official request and documentation, if these are required. August is not considered to be a working month.

How

The annulment of registration will be recorded on the computer system.

Cost

If appropriate, registration payments that have already been made for any credits and/or recognition will be returned.

Observations

Students who have applied for a grant must communicate the annulment to the University's Grant Service.
