Personal Academic Transcript (CAP)

  • ITEM: The CAP is a document detailing the official academic record of a student or graduate that is held in the URV's archives

Application procedure


The interested party or the authorized person on presentation of the necessary identification.


Through URV's Intranet online procedures.


At the student's request.


Formalizing the application online.
Original and photocopy of the document that accredits the type of exemption, if appropriate (large family certificate, etc.).


  • Personal details

  • Admission details

  • Qualification details.

  • The type, grade and exam session of the subjects passed.

  • The average grade on a scale of 4 and a scale of 10.

  • The distribution of credits in terms of the curriculum and level of achievement.

The student must pay the corresponding fee established by the current Decree on prices, which will be published by the Secretary's Office.


  • The transcript can be requested in Catalan, Spanish and English.

  • Students who need to accredit details regarding Practicals must request this from the Office of the Dean/Director of the faculty/school.

  • Students whose registration has been temporarily suspended due to non-payment will not be issued with their academic transcripts.

  • Students who are unable to make the application online may present the application at the auxiliary registry corresponding to the Campus Secretariat/Secretary's Office of the Faculty/School where the student is studying/has studied (if students are entitled to any exemption, they must also present the necessary documentation that demonstrates this entitlement, e.g. large family certificate, etc.).

  • Students who have transferred their academic transcripts to another university/course cannot apply for the issuance of their transcripts from the Faculty/School where they carried out their studies. Instead they must apply for the transcript from the place to which they transferred it.




The Secretary's Office of the Faculty/School issues the transcript, which is signed by the secretary and the head of the Secretary's Office.


Collecting the transcript


The interested party or a duly authorized and identified person.


Secretary's Office of the Faculty/School where the request has been made.


Students may collect their transcripts at any time once five days have passed since they presented their requests and made the necessary payment.
For 1st and 2nd cycle courses, students may have to wait longer while the corresponding official translation is prepared before receiving the transcript.


By presenting the following documentation:

  • The receipt demonstrating payment of the fee.


The interested party may request to be sent the document by courier. The interested party will be responsible for organizing and paying for this.
