Her main field of research is conflicts of law and jurisdiction about foreign legal entities (corporations and not profit organizations) and Social Economy Entities in EU. In International Procedure fields she is doing research about proof of foreign law and  the movement of public documents (recognition, execution, authenticity). Some of her most important publications include: “Las fundaciones en el Derecho de la Unión Europea” (2013), “Documentos públicos no judiciales extranjeros: excursus en la regulación europea y su adaptación en la legislación interna española” (2012) She participates in several research projects “Reforma de la normativa española para facilitar la aplicación de los reglamentos comunitarios y normativa convencional relacionada que regulan competencia judicial internacional y la eficacia de las decisiones judiciales y extrajudiciales” (DER 2008 05354) and she is member of the Housing Research Group at the University Rovira i Virgili. She teaches in MUDEC on private international litigation (corporations and contracts) and she is the Law Clinic director.
