Estela Rivas Nieto

She is professor of Tax Law at the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the University Rovira i Virgili (URV, Tarragona, Spain) since 1997, and holds a PhD in Law from the URV. She has taken part in 17 research projects related to the environment, international taxation, trust, taxation in China and housing of both national and international entities. She has published 25 papers in both national and international journals, one book individually, 3 jointly and 13 book chapters. She has done over 23 lectures at conferences, congresses and Spanish and foreign universities about their research. She lectures at the Business Administration and Management degree (Faculty of Economics and Bussiness of the URV); the Labour Relations and Employment degrees at the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the URV; the Master of Business Law at the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the URV; the Master of Advocacy at the URV Foundation; the Post-Graduate course in SMEs Management at the URV Foundation; and at the Master in Business Relationhips between Europe, China and Latin America. She has also attented to more than 45 training courses related to university teaching and new technologies. Furthermore, she is also the Secretary of the Faculty of Legal Sciencies of the URV".
