Estela Rivas Nieto
Professor of Financial and Tax Law at the URV and Subdirector of the URV Housing Chair (since 1997) She is the author of the book Atypical Taxes (Marcial Pons, 2006), coauthor of several books such as Comments to avoid double taxation in the agreement To avoid double taxation in Mexico, and in Ecuador (Marcial Pons, 2004 and 2006 respectively), has published 22 chapters of books and has more than 27 scientific articles published in Spain, France, Brazil, Argentina and Venezuela. She has participated in the organization of 30 national and international congresses. She has given more than 40 lectures in Spain, France and in several Latin American countries. She has participated in more than 17 research projects: R & D "Trust and trust in the international context of Latin America and Spain", "Teacy Law and Housing Policy in Multi-level Europe", European Union; "International Tax Law", and currently in the R & D project "Reforming housing holdings: tax proposal for comprehensive management of housing owned and leased". She has been Secretary, Deputy Dean and Head of the Internal System of Quality Assurance of the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the URV. His fields of research are international taxation, conventions to avoid double taxation, trust, trust, trust, constitutional tax principles and real estate taxation.
