In most cases you will have to register on 8 September after 8.30 am. However, the email that sent to you by your faculty/school will tell you on which date you complete the registration process. You can also check the registration dates in point 1.1.

1.5. When will my registration be valid?

Your registration will be valid as soon as you have paid all of your registration fees and have presented all the required documentation to the Secretary's Office.
