Access to digital services by URV
As a student at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili can enjoy the services that, once registered, the University offers. Here we inform you of the main.
Generally, when you complete your first registration in the university, after 24 hours you'll have access to all your digital services (intranet, email, Virtual Campus, electronic magazines, wireless network, etc.), provided that you have accepted Regulations of the use of technologies of information and communication (TIC) of the URV.
To have all the digital services you should access to the intranet. To do so, you must follow these steps:

Each student will receive a unique username and password, which are:
Access new students
The username is your NIF/NIE/Passport number
Your password is your date of birth written in the format DD-MMM-YY.
The month is the first three letters of the month in Catalan: January (GEN), February (FEB), March (MAR), April (ABR), May (MAI), June (JUN), July (JUL), August (AGO), September (SET), October (OCT), November (NOV) and December (DES). Do not forget to place hyphens between the day, the month and the year.
Access students already registered in previous years
The Username and the Password are the same as the ones you use to access the URV's Digital Services (Intranet, E-mail, Online Campus, Electronic Journals, etc...).
Once you have entered in the intranet, you can change the password using the link provided in paragraph Services Network - Changing the password.
If you can not access the intranet or can not remember your password , follow the link in the plain initial validation of the intranet to restore it .
Communications between the administration and students URV will, whenever possible, through email. In these cases, be made through the institutional email address that the student has assigned.
Through this mail will also receive all the institutional information.

Once inside the email reader, to the upper left, you will see the email address you have been assigned (in the format firstname.lastname@example.org, except matches).
You can also configure your email client, and mobile devices to incorporate this inbox.
The tray size is according to user profile.
MOODLE. Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
El Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), Moodle, of URV is an online working environment to help teaching and university guidance.
To enter in Moodle, URV users should put the institutional username and password as the network URV services, access by http://moodle.urv.cat or following this path:

- Campus URV
In Moodle, you have access to the Virtual Classroom of each of the subjects registered and electronic tutorials, which are a work space and meeting with your degree tutor.
Even when having assigned all virtual subjects and space of electronic tutorials in Moodle, might have spaces that appear as "unavailable to students" when trying to access, because the availability is regulated by teachers involved and therefore not correspond to any technical process.
During the academic year, any official change of your personal details, as well as of your registration will reflected in VLA in 48h after the change.
The email address you have assigned to your Moodle user, will be institutional one and you are not able to change for a particular address, therefore all institutional information reaching you use this medium.

All the procedures, deadlines and application models that you may need at any time during your stay at the University are published on the URV's website. Each one describes the procedure and the system for submitting the application.
If you go the section TRAMITS (PROCEDURES) on the URV's intranet, you will also be able to access:
- Tràmits administratius (administrative procedures), where you will find all the procedures.
- Tràmits en línia (online procedures), which allows you to manage some procedures online and register your applications online.
