Specific commitments

  • Answer queries from the Pregunt @ service within a maximum of 72 hours in at least 95% of cases.
  • Receive the documents acquired from the various suppliers within an average of 35 days.
  • Catalog the basic bibliography that arrives for purchase at the CRAI within a maximum period of 9 days in 90% of cases, at least.
  • Send interlibrary loan applications to the supply library within a maximum period of 3 working days from the time the user makes the request in at least 80% of the cases.
  • Ensure that the maximum number of participants in English conversation groups at the various levels is 8 people in at least 95% of cases.
  • Obtain an average degree of user satisfaction with the facilities and equipment of the CRAI, in the user satisfaction survey, equal to or greater than 7.5.
  • Obtain an average degree of student satisfaction in the training sessions corresponding to the CT2 transversal competence carried out by the CRAI equal to or greater than 7.5.
  • Obtain an average degree of user satisfaction with the service received from the Factory, in the user satisfaction survey, equal to or greater than 7.5.
  • Have a minimum of three annual loads of URV CRAI resources document at WorldCat Local (OCLC).
  • Obtain an average degree of user satisfaction with CRAI staff, in the user satisfaction survey, equal to or greater than 7.5.
  • Obtain a weighted average degree of satisfaction of the PDI with the training of the CRAI, in the framework of the PROFID program, equal to or greater than 7.5.
  • Obtain an average degree of user satisfaction with the loan, in the user satisfaction survey, equal to or greater than 7.5.
  • Respond to queries from the research support area within a maximum of 72 hours in 80% of cases.
  • Maintain or reduce the cost of using, between two consecutive years, the databases subscribed to by the URV in 75% of cases.
